COWS #2 – COCC – Dec. 20

The Central Oregon Winter Series shifted back to Bend for its second installment and last of 2025. An atmospheric river dumped several inches of rain Thursday and Friday, causing a few water and ice issues for the morning round. Despite steady gusts and cool temps, conditions were fairly manageable for late December.

In MPO, Carlos Larson overcame a 2-stroke deficit to win by 5 strokes, helped by his ACE on Hole 16 (regular Hole 7).

Central Oregon newcomer Tyler Edmonds took Wyatt Slocum to a playoff in MA1, but Wyatt birdied the first playoff hole to notch his second straight COWS win.

Kathleen Wachtler returned from a knee injury to shoot 50 points above her rating and win FA50.

Tim Jones, playing his first-ever tournament, finished 3rd in MA50.
