Congratulations to our very own Sharon Jenkins #5408, on her induction into the World Disc Golf Hall of Fame! She was inducted alongside her son Avery, joining Dan Doyle, Brian Schweberger, and Jussi Meresmaa as 2025 inductees. The induction ceremony took place Oct. 8, during the US Disc Golf Championships in Rock Hill, SC. Sharon is a three-time Masters World Champion (1992, 1994, 1998) and a longtime ambassador for the sport. She's still playing and running disc golf events

Crazy weather at the annual Battle @ Bachelor. Friday, an afternoon thunderstorm blew in, and a lightning strike within a mile of the course touched off a wildfire we could see from the Nordic Center! Fire crews were able to put it out quickly, but practice rounds were cancelled. An ominous start... Saturday went off without a hitch, but storms threatened again on Sunday afternoon. It looked like the mountain might shield us, but we had to call a lightning delay around 1:30,

Wild, wild wind and an overflowing pond didn't keep us down! 176 players showed up, our most ever. Congrats to Scott Withers, whose 14-down (with a bogey!) first round was rated 1071!
