Doubles event raises $845 for LOCO

Fenton Flanagan and Cyrus Rassekh Rodrigues (“The Young Guns”) won the red division with a 4-under 50. Sally West (on crutches) ran the event.  

Twenty-three doubles teams competed at Hyzer Pines in Sisters on April 11 for the Ladies of Central Oregon Doubles Fundraiser, which took in $845 to support women’s disc golf. The round consisted of 9 holes of best-shot and 9 holes of alternate-shot. The money will go toward the Women’s Global Event on May 23, Sisters in Sisters on June 13, and the LOCO weekly series starting in May.
